Frequently Asked Questions about Delivery
You will receive your order within 24/48 hours after we have received payment. If you are not home on the day of delivery, it may take longer to receive your order.
We collaborate with a courier company offering a "24-hour" service. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an SMS or email from the courier. If the courier is unable to find you, they will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are not available during delivery times, you can pick up the package at a nearby collection point. Alternatively, if you prefer to receive your package by mail, you can request this via email. To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete.
We do not have a minimum order requirement. Shipping costs are free for orders above €40 within the Netherlands and above €60 for international orders. For purchases below €40 or €60, shipping costs are fixed as follows:

- BE & EU -> €9.50
